Food and beverages

Our experienced and professional cooking staff will prepare three hearty meals each day.  All meals are served home style and are-all-you-can-eat.  Breakfast includes both hot and cold cereals, muffins, bread, fruits, eggs, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, reindeer sausage, juices, and coffee.  Lunch usually consists of varying types of cold and/or hot sandwiches and homemade soups.  Packaged lunches are prepared for parties that do not return to the lodge for lunch.  Dinners are of the highest quality with prime rib, Alaskan king crab, NY strips, fresh salmon, halibut, chicken, and pork.  Delicious desserts complete these excellent dinners.

 

Our bar is stocked with a variety of complimentary beer and wine.  We have a limited inventory of hard liquor and recommend you bring your preferred type of alcohol for your enjoyment.  The bar has a thorough supply of all common mixers.

 

After a fantastic day of hunting and fishing you may choose to enjoy appetizers and cocktails.  While relaxing in the lounge area with other clients, you can exchange the exciting stories of the day, and plan with the staff the next day’s adventure.

 

 

Hoodoo Sport Fishing Lodge: (Deluxe Package Only)

Located seventy-five miles northeast of Cold Bay on the northwestern tip of the Alaska Peninsula and surrounded by its spectacular scenery.  Hoodoo Lodge is nestled intimately on the riverbank overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Hoodoo River.  Having the only private parcel of land on the Hoodoo River guarantees clients some of the best exclusive sport fishing and waterfowl hunting Alaska has to offer.

 

Alaska Waterfowlers Lodge and Hoodoo Sport Fishing Lodge have comfortable lounge areas with wet bars, spacious dining areas, full service kitchens, and private guest rooms with showers and bathroom facilities.  There are also separate reading and relaxation areas other than the lounge/bar areas at both lodges.
